An Account Coordinator is responsible for organizing advertising to be printed for the media. They coordinate scheduling and promotions to ensure the company's clients satisfied and projects are completed. Account Coordinators assist Account Executives when maintaining and nurturing client relationships.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Experience with, or an interest in understanding every component of online advertising campaigns, including banner ad campaign operations, email schedules, custom development, content integration
  • Extremely detail-oriented, exceptionally organized, has the ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts, possesses strong communication skills, solid computer/technical skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline orientated environment
  • Ability to be a multi-task team player who can assist on varied projects
  • Must be comfortable with working with our trafficking (DART) and product departments to provide immediate solutions
  • Must be a motivated self-starter that is able to interact well with clients and not be afraid to ask the right questions
  • Must be comfortable with client handholding and problem identification, as well as be extremely organized and thorough
  • Must be capable of meeting client and internal deadlines
  • Experience in online media publishing, advertising serving technologies and trafficking processes
  • Must have strong quantitative skills and the ability to optimize campaigns and manage relations with key clients
  • Must be comfortable working with several different points-of-contact, both internally and externally, and display the confidence to make an immediate impact
  • Should be Sales focused and have direct experience in the Internet and/or Advertising industries
  • Has some work experience in a sales or sales support related role
  • Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of the sales and marketing tools used in multi-platform sales a plus
  • Basic understanding of the advertising industry
  • Good analytical skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Provides good customer service to clients
  • Outgoing, take-the-bull by-the-horns attitude
  • Traffic coordination experience a plus
